It would appear that the upgrade suction cups were already on the device. Not sure that I needed to have the upgrade, all the cups were identical. Love the product, would recommend, great quality. Thanks Dave

I'm using the ContronX Starlink Mini suction cup mount in my Cybertruck, it was dead simple to install and has been rock solid. The fit is perfect! I installed the Starlink Mini inside the cabin on the rear roof glass, works great - no rattles, no sliding around, it stays exactly where you put it. Highly recommended
